Greening Chinnor is an unincorporated group aiming to benefit the community of Chinnor.  In the interest of good governance and to ensure we operate transparently and ethically we have a written constitution and will publish here copies of our meeting minutes.  Having an acceptable constitution is important, both for the smooth operation of the group but also when we come to apply for assistance from other organisations in terms of time or grants.  The group is open to all. Note, the original July 2011 constitution was amended and approved at the AGM in March 2012 to incorporate improvements suggested and agreed by CAG Oxfordshire.
