Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Greening Chinnor AGM will be held on Tuesday 25th April 2023 at 7.30pm. The meeting will take place in the Lounge at the Village Centre, High St, Chinnor OX39 4DHFirst there will be the presentation of the Chair's and Treasurer’s report, as well as the appointment of the committee roles of Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. This will be followed by a short informative film and social.
In accordance with our Constitution, Officers will be elected at an annual general meeting for one year, with no limit on the number of times that they can be re-elected.
