Greening Chinnor is an unincorporated group aiming to benefit the community of Chinnor. In the interest of good governance and to ensure we operate transparently and ethically we have a written constitution and will publish here copies of our meeting minutes. Having an acceptable constitution is important, both for the smooth operation of the group but also when we come to apply for assistance from other organisations in terms of time or grants. Greening Chinnor Constitution 2021 Review
In 2021 Greening Chinnor will have been in existence for 10 years. Over the past 10 years, like all organisations, we have changed and evolved. To better reflect our current and future aims and objectives, and how the group is run, the 2012 Constitution has been revised and was adopted at the AGM held on the 31st March 2021.
