Station Road Community Garden and Pavilion Herb Planters
The aim of the community garden is to:
- improve an untidy and unloved piece of ground
- extend our incredible edible offering beyond the annual seed and plant swap
- act as a bridge to the community orchard by helping visitors try fresh produce with no food miles
- act on three of the five senses; sight, smell and taste
- show what can be grown in small spaces
- encourage the planting of edibles throughout the community
Our thanks to the CPC who sponsored the planters and for the placing of the “lest we forget” bench enabling villagers to pause and enjoy.

Station Road Community Garden
Location: Station Road, Chinnor, Oxon, OX39 4PU. On the small triangular piece of land on Station Road adjacent to the vehicular entrance to the library, Pavilion and St Andrew's School.
