CANCELLED Saturday 7th October 2023| Apple Pressing Afternoon at the Orchard | 2 pm - 4 pm. Due to the lack of apples the apple pressing day is cancelled this year. Early frosts killed off a lot of the blossom, then the heatwave then lots of rain has not made for a productive time in the Orchard. Last year we had an excellent crop of apples and it is not unusual for the following year to be less fruitful.

Wednesday 7th June 2023 | Open air performance at Donkey Lane Community Orchard of ‘Sour Cherry Soup’, a new 45 minute one woman show tells the story of the changing landscapes and populations of the Chilterns, as well as how the history of cherries is also the history of Southern England, reflecting the richness of the landscape, past, present and future. 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. 7 November: Swap Shop & Bike Exchange 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at Chinnor Village Hall. Any bikes for exchange should be brought to the hall by 9:30 am and clearly marked with your name, telephone number and asking price. FoE will take £5 for every bike sold. All bikes must be in good working order. Small electrical items can also be brought provided they have a CE mark. All electrical items will be tested for safety before swapping.
