Greening Chinnor Annual General Meeting

 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING You are warmly invited to  the Greening Chinnor AGM on Tuesday 19th May 2026 at 7.30pm at the Committee Room, Chinnor Village Hall, Church Road, Chinnor OX39 4PQ  Followed by demonstration of lacemaking by Chinnor Lacewings

In accordance with our Constitution, Officers will be elected at an annual general meeting for one year, with no limit on the number of times that they can be re-elected. Greening Chinnor officer posts are: Chair Secretary Treasurer If you would like to make a nomination for one of the posts or would like to volunteer yourself, please complete and email the the Nomination Form found here or email me direct. Nominations to be emailed to: greeningchinnor@gmail.com by Monday 18th May 2026 latest. We are particularly looking for a Secretary. Votes will be counted and officers elected at the AGM.
